What is Korean Saju (Four Pillars)?

Saju (사주팔자, 四柱八字) is the Korean system of destiny analysis based on your birth year, month, day, and hour — four pillars, eight characters. Rooted in Chinese cosmology, it uses the Ten Heavenly Stems (천간) and Twelve Earthly Branches (지지) combined with the Five Elements (오행: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water) to reveal personality traits, life tendencies, and fortunate periods.
